We want you to be happy with your MistBreeze 5-Spray Desk Fan. If something is not right, contact us and we will help.

30-day satisfaction guarantee
You may return an unused or lightly used item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, unless an item is marked as final sale.

Eligible returns
- Item is in resalable condition with all parts, cables, and accessories included.
- Water tank is empty, clean, and dry before return.
- Original proof of purchase is provided.

Non-returnable items
- Items damaged through misuse, modification, or neglect.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
- Final-sale or clearance items (if marked at purchase).

How to start a return
1. Email hello@getmistbreeze.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt for inspection and processing, plus your bank's processing time.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty item.

Faulty or wrong items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping where required by law.

Exchanges
To exchange for another variant (for example colour), contact us. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
