Fan Express ships the Fan Express SIO Desktop Water Fan to customers in the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or carrier delays.

Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking when your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping rates (United Kingdom)
- Free standard shipping on all UK orders.
- No minimum order value.

Delivery time (United Kingdom)
- Estimated delivery: 6-10 days after dispatch (tracked).
- Total time from order to delivery is typically 7-13 days, including 1-3 days processing.

Tracking
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email when available. Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate.

International orders
We primarily serve UK customers. If international shipping is offered at checkout, rates and delivery times are shown before payment and are not eligible for free UK shipping.

Undeliverable or returned parcels
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply) or a refund minus shipping and handling costs.
